Q: Do you accept my insurance plan?

A: We will provide you with all the information you will need to file your claim with insurance. We will assist you in filing; however, treatment is provided on a fee-for-service basis. We will accept assignment of payment for many of the services we offer. However, we do not work for any insurance companies, we work for you! Because we do, you are responsible for all charges related to your treatment whether your insurance pays for them or not.. In the case of extensive treatment, we can help you file a predetermination with your insurance carrier.
